A birthday ceremony is for the individual who holds a lot of depth and sensitivity, and wishes to bring in their birthday with intention, reflection, ritual, and celebration.
It’s for the individual who wants to mark the start of a new decade or new birth year through their birthday where we come together to celebrate their existence, whilst they’re being witnessed by their nearest and dearest.
I offer these ceremonies to initiate each individual whose birthday it is, into a new phase of their life. Each ceremony is co-created, so it serves your unique wants and needs and reflects who you are at your core.
I specialise in curating safe spaces for individuals to gather, connect & reflect on their life, and in particular the year they’ve had. You can expect to walk away feeling more deeply connected to those who have participated and witnessed you in the ceremony and with a memorable and insightful experience of who you are.
This ceremony itself is an extremely healing experience for the person being celebrated as they have a chance to be witnessed, celebrated, and acknowledged for who they are.
Note: These birthday ceremonies can also be gifted by friends or held for a group of friends. Each person can participate in a collective ceremony for a friend/family member to honor their birthday.

Here’s how it works
If it’s your birthday, and this Ceremony is for you or for a loved one, here is an example of what’s included:
Connection Call: 1 x 90 min call to connect + determine the intention of the ceremony. This is where we discuss the why of the ceremony, speak about the elements we want to incorporate, the individuals present at the ceremony, the appropriate duration and what’s involved. At this point, we’ll also discuss the theme of the ceremony. I’ll walk with you every step of the way, guiding you through this process to allow you to discover what you truly want to acknowledge in the ceremony.
Optional: Once all details have been finalised, and we have a theme in mind, I’ll pass on the details to my trusted graphic designer to assist with invitations, so you can send these invites out to your circle.
Creation of ceremony: I’ll send you a Pre Discovery Workbook for the Birthday ceremony (to be filled out by the person being celebrated) or by each group member, (if this is a gift for someone else!). This is to be completed at least 10 days prior to the ceremony. Once I have received these answers, I’ll put together an outline for this ceremony, based on the answers and the intentions.
Pre Ceremony kick off call: 1 x 30 min call to finalise all details about the ceremony before coming together on the day.
Ceremony & Celebration: This is where we come together, either in person or online to perform the ceremony. Working in conjunction with either the birthday person or the individual who decided to gift this ceremony to their friend, I’ll take everyone through a personalized guided meditation, followed by expert facilitation of the Birthday Ceremony, where we will all come together to honour the person in style.
